Spinning Multicolor Roving
The Loft Art Studio is at Gayle’s farm 4122 State Road 331 South. (SR 331S is the same as Bremen Hwy from South Bend/Mishawaka).

Price will be $26-30 per class plus a $5-7 supply fee for the 10th and a $8-12 supply fee for the 24th; I’ll work the numbers out with Gayle. The Loft is on the east side of Bremen, so about 30-40 minutes south of South Bend/Mishawaka.
March 10th: Preparing & Spinning From Raw Fleece 9 am - noon: Learn to wash fleece, and prepare washed fleece for spinning by carding, combing, flicking. Make and spin rolags. Spin “from the fold”.
March 24th: Spinning with Color 9 am - noon: Spin a multi-color dyed roving using various preparing and plying techniques to see how different yarns can be prepared from the same roving.
Call us anytime at 574 248-0453 for beginners classes. We do private and group classes for beginners. The beginners classes are FREE when you purchase your supplies at The Loft. We don't just catch and release. We stay with you and help you till you consider yourself a "Knitter". Bring a friend and get started!
All class fees due by registration deadline (one week prior to class or as noted). A non-refundable deposit of 25% or more holds your place on the class roster. Classes which do not meet the required minimum number of students are subject to cancellation. Fees for cancelled classes will be refunded.
Private Classes May be you don't want to be in a class or want a one on one lesson on knitting or crocheting. You might want to have your own private class with you and your friends, family or daughters (or sons). Give us a call and we can set up a time and a project to get you going on. You may be interested in having your own group come to The Loft and knit together. We can accomodate you with that too!
